Project:

The Al Sadiq College Yagoona campus is a K-3 co-educational school. The school commissioned AUDAA for ideas to modernise the façade. The brief was to pay architectural homage to the Middle Eastern roots of the Alawite Muslim community expressed in a contemporary architectural idiom. As a primary school, the façade needed to reflect the joy and enthusiasm of childhood and at the same time strictly reflect Alawite traditional geometry. The project was not pursued as the expansion of the school became more pressing.
