Every project follows a thorough methodology and is overseen and has the personal involvement of the practice director, Shaheer Gobran.

We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:

Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are held in a Quality Manual which is made available to all employees. All management, staff, sub-consultants, and contractors are informed of our quality policy and of their responsibility to comply with the requirements of our Quality Management System.

TEAM

The atelier is located in Pyrmont, a community-focused suburb in the heart of Sydney. Our team works from our offices and is equipped with resources and systems to efficiently perform remotely as required.

We collaborate with a select group of highly acclaimed consultants to ensure we deliver the best product to our clients.

AUDAA has the following current insurances:

  • Professional indemnity

  • Public liability

  • Worker’s compensation

Insurances can be increased or adapted as required by specific projects if necessary.
